The First Few Letters

Let's start with the most important letters:

ا (Alif)

  • Sound: "aa" like in "father"
  • Fun Fact: Alif is always the first letter in any alphabet lesson!
  • Practice: Say "Aam" (mango) - starts with Alif!

ب (Bay)

  • Sound: "b" like in "ball"
  • Example Word: بلی (Billi) means cat! 🐱
